ChulaZ CafeciTo started as a dream between two sisters who believed that the best moments of the day happen around good food and even better company. What began as weekend pop-ups at local markets has grown into Madera's most welcoming bakery and café.
Everything we bake is made from scratch — no shortcuts, no preservatives, just real ingredients and a whole lot of patience. Our Cuban coffee is ground fresh every morning, our pastelitos are flaky to the last bite, and our bread rises slowly because rushing it would mean settling for less.
